This is a survey study on Academic EM physicians, the objective is identify primary contribution factors for the attrition from academic positions (in particular try to understand if there are any gender differences). We will try to identify areas to help improve retention.
A student/resident would help with survey distribution, data collection and interpretation of results. Data analysis will be conducted and may lead to abstract submission or manuscript.
