The Equip Program is a 6-session program for mid-career women faculty that focuses on professional communication skills. The project is an assessment of the program’s impact. In addition to pre and post-program surveys, each participant who has completed the program will be interviewed and interview transcripts will be coded.
Specific tasks include:
- Reviewing and ensuring accuracy and appropriate formatting of qualitative interview transcripts
- Coding transcripts using a qualitative analysis tool such as Dedoose
- Participating in summarizing code reports with the goal of reaching consensus interpretation among the analytic team
- Participating in writing up qualitative & quantitative (survey) results
No stipend is available for this project; however, the research assistant will have the opportunity to be an author on any posters or manuscripts resulting from the work, commensurate with their contributions.
