Description
Provides a patient-focused approach to education, quality improvement, and community engagement. Projects focus on improving patient self advocacy, patient health and well-being, and health equity and quality of care.
Goals
This interdisciplinary project aims to expand on a previous pilot museum prescription program by creating a collaboration between Benedict Family Medicine and the Worcester Art Museum. Local patients will be provided with the opportunity to engage with artwork to realize the broad effects of arts on health and well-being, to decrease stres, or to distract.
