Description
The goal of this project is to create a standardized algorithm that outlines when and how patients with cardiac amyloidosis should be referred to palliative care.
Goals
1. Learn about the incidence of cardiac amyloidosis at UMass. 2. Learn about current guidelines to palliative care referral. 3. Create more efficient referral guidelines.
