Description
This project focuses on improving how consults are placed and managed. Students will begin by surveying current consult response times and call processes, followed by developing educational talks and surveys to raise awareness about the best timing for consult placement. Six months later, consult response times will be reassessed to measure the impact of this education. This project not only aims to improve dermatology consult efficiency but could also serve as a model for other consult services.
