Description
This study is part of the Lifestyle Change Implementation Research Network (LCIRN), whose goal is to improve the enrollment, retention, and sustainability of lifestyle change interventions for physical activity and dietary intake. Our study is a randomized controlled trial comparing participation in a digital lifestyle change intervention to a standard of care control in individuals using GLP-1 medications. Outcomes of interest include physical activity, dietary intake, body composition, blood pressure, self-efficacy, motivation, quality of life, and implementation metrics. Students involved in the study will have the ability to work on sub-projects related to participant assessments, recruitment strategies, data analyses, interview and implementation assessments.
