The main goal is to understand the nature of malnutrition in unhoused individuals in Worcester. Qualitative analysis of food insecurity and food insecurity resources among patients of the Road To Care Van. utilize a questionaire and observation.

Administer the Road to Care
Nutrition and Food Access
Survey to individuals
experiencing homelessness
and housing instability
during community outreach
events and mobile clinic
visits, with the goal of
collecting at least 50
completed by August 2026;Compile, organize, and
analyze qualitative data
collected through surveys
and field observations by
identifying key themes
related to food access,
barriers to nutrition, and
resource utilization, and
complete a summary report
of findings by October 2026
