Description
Create a sub-clinic at APW to track management of Hepatitis C and STDs amongst patients that are screened-in during their visit. Clinical engagement every week and patient outreach Patients are recorded and tracked on RedCap with appropriate follow-up for education purposes. Test results and treatment for Hepatitis C is also tracked.
