Description
Integrating hands-only CPR and CPR training for road to care. assess the accessibility of Narcan in teh community and comfort of community members using Narcan. assess efficacy of training with pre-post surveys. develop training in a way to expand to other community organizations in the future
Goals
build off this initial training and expand to other community partners such as Community Compass, RISE, ORIS, and some local shelters. In this training, we would like to focus on educating community members on situations when Narcan and/or CPR should be used in the context of overdoses. As part of our project, we aim to assess the accessibility of Narcan within the community and how comfortable community members are with using Narcan. We would also like to assess the efficacy of our training framework by administering pre/post surveys.
