Description
This project aims to increase utilization and understanding of doula services in Worcester's refugee population. This is especially valuable since MassHealth started paying for doula services in 2023. Doulas offer and additional service of physical and emotional support throughout the process of pregnancy and labor, and this could be particularly beneficial for vulnerable populations in navigating the health care system.
Goals
Generating a video to share with multicultural, multilingual community about doula services.
